Saints Upbeat About Bucs Game
The New Orleans Saints finally ended a losing streak that dated back to the 52-3 annihilation by the Green Bay Packers on Oct. 9. They're just about out of the NFC playoff race at 3-8 - yet there are still games there to be won.
The Saints play the majority of their outstanding games against teams from the NFC South, where Carolina, Tampa, and Atlanta are fighting for the playoffs. Tampa Bay are first up - a team whom they have done well against with four wins out of six since 2002.
"We like playing Tampa Bay and Carolina and Atlanta, so this will be fun for us. We'll line up this week and give Tampa a run for their money." said Haslett. The coach and team are more confident after the win over the Jets.
The Saints were fairly consistent in the Jets game, doing a lot of good things but they will probably need to improve again for the Buccaneers.
Those sports gambling should be aware that the Saints are getting around +3.5 on points spread.
